Summary
RTX is a cutting-edge hardware/software solution for broadcasters requiring regular real-time captioning services, enabling secure, remote communication with distant stenographers without multiple phone and data lines.An RTX Server manages distribution of captioning data for live to air content and concurrently to other devices, such as VBI, Web Media and File Encoders. After securely authorizing stenographers, RTX streams audio and video directly to their desktops, enabling better alignment and placement of captions. The process completely eliminates phone lines, multiple connection issues and does not require any new equipment for stenographers. RTX efficiently utilizes broadband technologies and supports all major VBI encoder manufacturers.
RTX also provides full multi-language capability, allowed different stenographers to be located in differing countries, yet still work together to encode CC1, CC2, CC3 or CC4 with their content seamlessly and without data loss.
RTX also provides XOrbit's exclusive WordCheck™ system, which has the ability to filter language problems out of both real time and server-based encoding systems on the fly, reducing FCC Indecency Complaints.
